Linda Amato

Linda is a psychologist and has been registered for over 15 years. She has worked extensively in case management for at risk youth, and now has a special interest in group work and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Linda has experience completing Autism assessments and enjoys facilitating mainly evidence-based groups. Linda is the mother of five children and currently works reduced hours, mainly in a business management capacity.

Maria Nguyen

Maria has extensive experience in education settings. She works with pre-school, primary and secondary-aged children. When working with children, she adopts a family-inclusive approach that encourages collaboration from parents and significant others. Maria also works with adults with a range of mental health difficulties. Maria offers both counselling and assessment services. She has a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder, specific learning difficulties, ADHD, depression and anxiety disorders. Maria speaks fluently both in English and Vietnamese. Maria is a proud mother of three children and in her spare time enjoys traveling and dining out.

Sofia is a Registered Psychologist who has completed a Master of Psychology (Counselling). She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. She provides a supportive and collaborative therapeutic approach to empower clients with the skills to implement change and enhance their wellbeing.

Julie is a registered psychologist and has experience in working within educational and special settings. Julie works with children and adults and has an interest in behavioural issues, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. She enjoys helping her clients make positive changes in their lives using various modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Sarah Rooke

Sarah is a registered Psychologist who has completed a Master of Education Psychology with the University of Melbourne. Her specialist education and training has evolved her skills in assessments and interventions that identify and support atypical development and learning disorders. Sarah has experience working with children, adolescents and adults from various backgrounds with different concerns that range from stress, grief, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria and relationship issues. Sarah uses a variety of counselling methods to nurture and empower her clients and is a warm, non-judgmental and kind clinician who strives to help her clients feel heard, safe, and supported.

Boon Chin Oh

Boon Chin Oh

Boon has been working with individuals and families in schools and private settings. She is a passionate and skilled psychologist with experience in assessment, counselling and intervention for children, adolescents and young adults. She has experience working with diverse clients in schools, group and one-on-one settings. She has an interest in neurodevelopmental disorders, learning disorders, emotional and mental health difficulties. She is a firm believer in promoting mental health and maximising the potential and strength of individuals through evidence-based programs, trauma-informed practices and well-rounded support through face-to-face or telehealth services. Boon is also endorsed in the area of Educational and Developmental psychology. She is a mother of 2 young children and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Tam is a senior psychologist with over 20 years experience. Over the years has worked across a wide range of settings, including acute and community mental health, dual diagnosis, drug and alcohol and community health. Tam works with adults and adolescents and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. His areas of special interest include stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, personal development, difficulty regulating emotions, grief and loss, work stress/injury, self esteem, anger, and assertiveness. Tam’s therapeutic approach is drawn from Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodrama, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Kate is a senior Speech Pathologist with over 15 years’ experience. She works with children, adolescents and young adults with speech and language delays as well as most speech and language difficulties. She has extensive experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD. Kate has a special interest in reading and spelling difficulties and also runs literacy programs.

Taylor is a certified practising Speech Pathologist with experience working with pre-school and school-age children with speech and language difficulties. She has experience working in both educational and private practice setting. Taylor has a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Gestalt Language Processing. She values establishing connections with her clients, providing child-centred and personalised care, and creating a therapeutic environment that is fun and compassionate.

Emma is an accredited practicing dietitian who has completed her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has experience working with children, adolescence, and adults, and has a passion for helping families and navigate fussy eating, disordered eating patterns and the ultimate goal of a healthy relationship with food by promoting healthy eating without rules and restriction.

Emma is trained in the Sequential-Oral-Sensory (SOS) program, which is an evidence-based feeding approach.

Tom is a young and enthusiastic accredited Dietitian and nutritionist with a Master of Dietetics. Throughout his academic and professional endeavours, Tom has worked with both children and adults ranging from all walks of life. Believing in a holistic approach to nutrition, he recognises that each individual is unique and focuses on client-centric care. He has honed his skills to provide evidence-based nutritional guidance tailored specifically to the unique needs of the individual. Tom speaks both English and Vietnamese.

Renee is a Senior Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in Paediatrics and Mental Health both in public and private health settings.

She is passionate about providing best care to children and families.

She values family-centred practise and is committed to supporting children to achieve their goals to better participate in their daily activities.

Renee has strengths in connecting and collaborating with children and families to provide evidence-based intervention.

In her personal life, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her young family and travelling to new destinations.

Rahma Ali

Rahma is a registered Occupational Therapist and has experience working in both Physical and Mental Health within a general practice setting. She is passionate about providing support to children, adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds through participation in meaningful activities. Rahma is dedicated to delivering evidence-based and holistic interventions to empower clients in achieving their goals in a safe and encouraging space. Possessing skills to assist daily living are essential to improve independence, enhance daily functioning and building confidence to aid in carrying out daily activities. Rahma is enthusiastic about helping children, adolescents and adults. In her personal life, Rahma enjoys spending time with her family, reading books and relaxing in nature.

Yuen Tung Ng (Ariel)

Ariel is a registered Occupational Therapist with experience working with clients across the age spectrum in Australia and Hong Kong. She is passionate about supporting her clients in achieving their goals and making changes while building trust and rapport. Ariel speaks three languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of work, Ariel is also a certified personal trainer. She enjoys travelling and café hopping with her partner and their mini dachshund, Yuzu!

Matthew Diamandis

We are delighted to announce that Matthew Diamandis has joined our team in a counselling capacity. He will also continue to be part of the clinic's administrative team on a part-time basis.

Matt is currently completing the final stages of his 'Masters of Counselling' at Victoria University and is offering low-cost counselling at the clinic. He is supervised by our experienced psychologist team.

Matt is available to see all clients including children, adolescents and adults. He has a warm and gentle nature, despite his youth, he is mature in his approach, energetic, and determined to assist others through a person-centred approach. Matt brings much knowledge and skill to his work, his ability to build rapport quickly by lending a sense of trust and confidence in what he does, is a definite gain when it comes to helping others during difficult times, or even just having a professional to talk to when needing some direction.

We understand some individuals have a preference for a male for counselling, and we are so pleased to have this opportunity. Funding via NDIS may be accessed alternatively private fee paying clients are welcome.
