Lam Viet Quoc Tran (Victor) is a bilingual (English and Vietnamese) psychologist with general registration and a registered teacher in Victoria. He has taught in both primary and secondary schools, working with students with diverse learning profiles and mental health needs. Victor holds a Master of Education and a Master of Educational Psychology, both from the University of Melbourne. He specialises in providing evidence-based assessments and strengths-based interventions for children and adolescents, particularly those who are neurodivergent. Victor adopts a neuro-affirming and culturally sensitive approach, focusing on empowering young people to thrive by building on their unique strengths and capabilities. Outside work, he enjoys listening to podcasts, practicing mindfulness, and staying active through regular exercise.
